just new here.
i got this ficus i grew in a typical cascade pot. but i got bored in the result. then i decided to change the style to root over rock...penjing style...

the new concept on the rock



how about this for rock stability



and this-rock more than 8 kilograms with minimal adhesive...see next picture



rock stable.(adhesive sets in just 5 minutes), ficus trimmed and roots all okey, all is set now. the fun part begins...



oh, roots fits well!. i guess its perfect.



almost done... background is muddy sorry.... let me add some more dirt...its just a background anyway.





detail on the base.

after the photo session the whole rock and roots with moss will be wrapped together with clear plastic to avoid dehydration ot the tree and drying up of hair roots. much of the lower portion of the rock will be under the soil.

all sealed now. the roots and rock will stay this way for quite a long time now.
