Tortured Red Ficus by Jolz

IBC friends,
About ayear ago I expiremented on one of my young Red ficus on the rock. Initially, the trunk was trained in a twisted manner and last year, I did some modifications (some of you may call it torture). I removed some bark all around the trunk from the bottom to the highest part below the first branch following the twistings of the tree. The result is what you've seen below, a coiling bark around a deadwood. As I'm satisfied with the outcome, I did it once again to my other ficus, but unluckily; it didnot make it. My second expirement now rested in peace.
Regards,
Jolz
